Day 22 (Start of Week 4)

Started week 4 today. Did Interval X and Abs Core Plus.

This week is my recovery week. I have modified things a little bit by doing extra cardio work. I have only missed one day so far (Christmas Day).

This week will be heavy cardio and core.

Week 2, Day 9 Plyo X

Plyo X today. Great workout! Heart rate stayed between 150 and 160 for at least the last 35 minutes (I didn't keep track at first.)

Diet was good all day until dinner. Ate way too much!!!

Round 2, Day 8 (Week 2)

Chest & Back and Ab Ripper X today. I don't know why I am expecting quicker results. The workouts are kicking my butt and my diet is good. I need to stick with it. Maybe consider going up to 12 reps instead of 8 to 10.

I miss my Shakeology today. I need to order some in.

End of Week One. (Some deviations)

Finished week one on Saturday. Instead of regular Kenpo I did Kenpo Cardio Plus. Heart rate was over 150 the entire time which is great! Followed it with Abs Core Plus but had to quit 8 minutes before it was over because I ran out of time.

Week two begins tomorrow. Need to stick with it!

Round 2, Day 5

Legs and Back were a killer. Heart rate stayed in the zone (75% to 90%) the entire time. The scale is starting to go in the right direction. Had 2 Shakeology drinks today and they are pretty good. I've had good energy levels all day. No time for abs today plus my legs would not cooperate if I tried.

Kenpo Cardio Plus and Abs Core Plus tomorrow.

Day 4 Round 2

So far so good. Shoulders and Arms was a killer yesterday. Did heavier weight than I have before. Not sure if 8-10 is right for me. I really want to lean out not bulk up.
Ran 40 hard minutes on the treadmill today instead of Yoga. I really need the cardio. Legs back and abs tomorrow.
Diet was good today. I avoided the late night chip binge. Veggies instead.
Need to stick with it and make it P180X before I give up on this.

Day 2, Round 2, Plyometrics

Killer workout. Heart rate through the roof the entire time. Starving all day. I am wondering if doing these workouts in the morning will cause me to want to eat all day.
